FAQ List

Q1) The Hyperlinks in the Email You Sent Me Do Not Work?

A1) If the hyperlinks in any email we send you do not work:
- highlight (i.e. select) and copy the entire hyperlink text in the email
- open up your Internet browser
- paste the copied text into your Internet browser's address box and press the keyborad's 'ENTER' key

Depending on your email provider (e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo) and what email software (e.g. Outlook Express) you use, depends on how hyperlinks are both displayed and whether they are clickable. Links can be unclickable if you have a high security setting in your email software or a high security setting is set by your email provider. These factors are outside our control.

Q2) How do I Make and Print my Calendar Cards?

A2) Firstly you need to register. Once you have registered, you will receive an email from us with a link back to a page on the Calendar-Cards.com website where you can enter your details of what information you want printed on your Calendar Cards. Your Calendar Cards will then be automatically generated, and you can print direct to your printer. For further instructions on the making and printing of your Calendar Cards, please see the page 'Printing & Cutting'.

Q3) I did not order Calendar Cards from you. Why did I receive an email?

A3) If you have wrongly received any emails from us, it is because someone else has registered your email address on this Calendar-Cards.com web site. This process is automatic and it is very hard to check email details that are submitted at the time. Please un-subscribe if you wish.

If you continue to wrongly receive more emails from us, please let us know on the contact us form. We continually monitor IP addresses used by visitors and subscribers and the date & time of any regsitration, together with other information.

A4) Our 2008 Calendar Cards are currently scheduled to be available early November. We will email all registered customers when next years Calendar Cards are ready. If you have not yet registered your details with us, please register here.
