How to Make your Double-Sided Calendar Cards
You can just go ahead and print your Calendar Cards as it is very straightforward. However if you a new
to computers and the Internet, the following instructions should be of assistance.
Step 1: Print Both Sides
First print either side of your Calendar Cards using your installed printer.
It does not matter whether you print the front or back of the Calendar Cards first.
There are 8 Calendar Cards per page, arranged 2 wide and over 4 rows.
Paper and Printer Settings
Just ensure that:
1) You use a reasonable quality paper;
2) You use A4 sized paper;
3) Your computer printer software options are also set up for A4 paper (sometimes the default is the 'Letter' size);
4) You ensure the paper is placed properly in the paper tray, in particular straight;
Page Header & Footer and Margins
By default, the page header and footer are also printed on the page. When on the print webpages, you can turn off the header and footer by going to the Internet browser
menu item 'File > Page Setup...' and then deleting the header and footer content. You can also change the margin widths here as well if you
are having problems making the 8 Calendar Cards fit onto one page.
Print
When on the webpages from where you print the sides of the Calendar Cards, go to the browser menu item 'File > Print'. (In MS Windows, the
keyboard shortcut is 'CTRL+P'). This will open up the 'Print' window which lists all of the installed printers on your computer. Choose the printer
you wish to use and then select the number of copies you wish to print.
Second Side
Turn over your paper and then print the other side of the Calendar Card as per the first side.

Step 2: Cut-out your Calendar Cards
Now for the easy bit ! All that is left to do is to cut out your Calendar Cards carefully.
Bordered Calendar Side - In order to have the back (the calendar side) of the Calendar Cards with a border, cut on the outside of the black border line.
Borderless Calendar Side - Alternatively, you can have the back of the Calendar Cards borderless. Use the black border lines as guide lines and cut just on the inside of the black border line. The cards shown below are demonstrated without borders.
